What is a Brand Partner?

A company that wants to invest in their advertising/marketing campaigns and exploiting a new way to target their audience.

How do I become a Brand Partner?

Once you have completed the Brand Partner Form, a member of our team will contact you.

What happens when someone calls me?

We will ask you three basic questions initially, which are:

  1. Which regions you want to advertise in.
  2. Which age groups of Vehicle Partners you would prefer to use.
  3. Which vehicle types you would prefer to use.
  4. We will match your answers against our Vehicle Partner database.

This will highlight how many Vehicles Partners are available for your Rollin’ Ad Campaign.

We will also need to know what your ‘Campaign Objective’ is. We will also ask:

  5. Are you promoting a particular product/service?
  6. Are you promoting an event?
  7. Are you looking to generate new business?
  8. Do you want to promote a new product/service?
  9. Do you want to advertise a competition for the public to enter so they can win your new product/service?
  10. Do you want to create brand awareness in your local town/area?
  11. Perhaps you are opening a new store in a neighbouring town, why not advertise for a 6 month period before you open?
  12. Maybe you need to improve your social media presence? Use our Vehicle Partners to promote your Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter accounts.

If you are not sure you know the answers to these questions, our team will propose sensible ideas and suggestions to create a bespoke package for your Rollin’ Ad Campaign.

How long will it take before my Rollin’ Ad Campaign starts?

The answer to this question can only be identified once we have answers to the above sub-questions (1-3).

N.B. Once we have established the necessaries, we can focus on your ‘campaign objective’.

What does ‘Campaign Objective’ mean?

This term refers to the main aim(s) of your campaign.

What do you want to achieve...?

  1. Are you promoting a particular product/service?
  2. Are you promoting an event?
  3. Are you looking to generate new business?
  4. Do you want to test a new product/service?
  5. Do you want to advertise a competition for the public to enter so they can win your new product/service?
  6. Do you want to create brand awareness in your local town/area?
  7. Perhaps you are opening a new store in a neighbouring town, why not advertise for a 6 month period before you open?
  8. Maybe you need to improve your social media presence?

No matter what you’re looking to achieve, you can achieve it with us. We’re ready, our Vehicle Partners are ready, are you…?

What happens once I have identified my Campaign Objective?

We will review it, consult our Vehicle Partner database which will lead us to your ‘campaign fleet’.

What does ‘Campaign Fleet’ mean?

This term refers to the collection of Vehicle Partners driving around advertising your Rollin’ Ad.

How long can I run my Rollin’ Ad for?

Our service is flexible meaning you can run your campaign from 6 months or as long as 5 years. It’s as simple as that. You pay for the option you select, if you realise you need to increase your duration, get in touch and our team will help you out.

What happens if I need to change my Rollin’ Ad?

If you commit your campaign to us for 12, 24 or even 60 months, we offer one complimentary full wrap per annum. For example, if you sign up for 36 months, you get three complimentary full wraps, one for each year of loyalty. If you need to change your campaign more often than once per annum, you can either pay for your next wrap upfront or we will add the cost of the next wrap to your monthly repayments.

Can I cancel my Rollin’ Ad Campaign?

As a Brand Partner, you would have agreed to our terms and conditions. You can only walk away once the duration of that contract has expired. This is the same for all Vehicle Partners too.

What happens if a Vehicle Partner doesn’t want to advertise my Rollin’ Ad anymore?

As a Vehicle Partner, they would have agreed to our terms and conditions. They will be advertising your campaign for the whole duration.

Are the Vehicle Partners tracked by GPS?

Yes, the Vehicle Partners that chose to accept Rollin’ Ads Tracking are tracked on our mapping software.

N.B. If there are Vehicle Partners within your requirements that have opted out of Rollin’ Ads Tracking, we will approach them and ask on your behalf if they would be interested in your brand.

For example, we have experienced similar cases where Vehicle Partners have opted out of our tracking feature only to agree to it at a later date due to their fondness of a particular brand.

Can I track my Vehicle Partners directly?

Yes you can. We will provide you with login details that takes you to a secure site where you are able to see, in real time, the activity of your ‘campaign fleet’.

N.B. If Rollin’ Ads Tracking is a service that your business needs, we will only choose Vehicle Partners that have selected ‘Yes’ on our Vehicle Partner Form. We operate like this as we understand not all businesses will need our mapping service. This feature is an option for our Vehicle Partners to choose what they are happy to commit to as this is a very accurate monitoring system.

My business doesn’t need Rollin’ Ads Tracking. Do I still have to pay for it?

No, you don’t need to pay for it. We will provide you with a service that is specific to you. If you don’t need it, why use it? In which case, why should we charge you for it…?

Can I select which Vehicle Partners represent my campaign?

Yes you can. Once we have spoken with you, we will review what you require and match those details against our Vehicle Partner database.

N.B. There will be cases where Vehicle Partners don’t want to advertise your campaign because that is their choice. If this does happen, the process doesn’t stop, we will continue to the next Vehicle Partner and so on - There is always a Vehicle Partner available, somewhere.

What happens if you don’t have the vehicles I want?

We will set-up an acquisition programme to generate Vehicle Partners for your Rollin’ Ad Campaign.

N.B. If you have an exclusive product that you want to push towards the more exclusive demographic, although we do pay our Vehicle Partners commission for using their vehicles, it is far harder to attract the preferred 4x4’s or german saloons. It would be worth you as a Brand Partner to consider other incentives to help us gain your Vehicle Partners. Our Vehicle Partners will be acting as ambassadors for your brand. Is there a better way to incentivise your potential ambassadors by offering an exclusive freebie…?

How long will it take to generate new Vehicle Partners?

We use several methods to acquire new Vehicle Partners and we see many register on our website daily. As soon as we fulfill your campaign requirements, we will contact you and ensure you are happy with the vehicles we recruit before we progress onto the next stage.

Is there a limit as to how many Vehicle Partners my business can use?

No, there isn’t a limit however, the number of Vehicle Partners you desire will determine the length of time it will take for all your Vehicle Partners cars to be wrapped.

Can I get my own fleet wrapped without being a Brand Partner?

Yes you can. If you only want livery done for your own fleet, please call us to discuss your plans.

N.B. We need to know how many vehicles are in your fleet and which vehicles they are. In addition to this, we will ask if you’re going to provide the artwork for the wrap or if you need our team to design it for you.

What is the ‘Design Process’?

If you need us to design a wrap for you, this term refers to our design team drafting sketches that match your company branding. Once we have put pen to paper, we send them to you for approval and whichever one you prefer, we digitally print onto the vinyl and then we wrap your fleet.

What is the ‘Wrapping Process’?

This term refers to the execution of professionals working on a vehicle. Our teams are highly qualified 3M professionals and in addition to this, we only use 3M products which are internationally considered the best in the world.
